Why we collect data
The nature of our business gives us the need to collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us, aggregate information on our web site’s usage patterns, and other information volunteered by the consumer such as customer survey responses and registration information. The information we collect is used exclusively by Xprove to improve our users’experience. It is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've specifically requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- It is necessary to share such information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding alleged illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, other violations of Xprove, Inc.’s Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
- We will transfer information about you if Xprove, Inc. or the Xprove service is acquired by or merged with another company. If such a situation occurs, Xprove will notify you before information about you is transferred, or becomes subject to a new privacy policy.
How we gather and use your information
Registration for Xprove services requires you to supply us with information such as your name, email address, billing address, and credit card information. Customer surveys may ask you to provide additional information at your discretion.
Xprove Inc.’s use of the information you supply us is limited to providing our services, billing, direct contact with you, and market research for Xprove’s products and services.
Limits on the use of cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data. Cookies utilized by Xprove include a unique identifier that is sent to your browser from our site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. Xprove’s services require your browser be set to accept cookies. The cookies record current session information. Xprove does not employ permanent cookies.
Your clients’ data
While Xprove, Inc. owns databases and the rights to our applications, you retain the rights to your data. We do not sell or share your client data with any third parties. We will never contact your clients directly, nor will we use your data in any way to our advantage. We will never use your data to compete against you. We respect the privacy of our subscribers, and hold the privacy of our clients’data in the highest regard.
Disclosure
Xprove, Inc. may disclose personally identifiable information about you under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas from courts and law enforcement agencies, or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Changes to this policy
Xprove, Inc. may update this policy. You will be alerted to significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Xprove account owner account and/or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
